Right of Withdrawal:

 

You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days:

a) from the conclusion of an Agreement in the case of Service Agreements or agreements for the supply of water, gas or electricity, where they are not supplied in a limited volume or set quantity, of district heating or of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium;

b) from the day on which you acquired, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquired possession of the Goods – in the case of an agreement which involves the obligation to transfer the ownership of the Goods (e.g. a Sales Agreement, a Delivery Agreement or a Specific Work Contract which is a movable item/property);

c) from the day on which you acquired, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquired, physical possession of the last of the Goods – in the case of an agreement which involves the obligation to transfer the ownership of many items that are delivered separately;

d) from the day on which you acquired possession of the last installment or piece or when a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquired possession of the last installment or piece – in the case of an agreement which involves the obligation to transfer the ownership of items delivered in installments or pieces;

e) from the day on which you acquired, or a third party other than the courier and indicated by you acquired, possession of the first item – in the case of agreements for regular delivery of goods during a defined period of time;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by an unequivocal statement (for example, by a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the withdrawal template, but it is not obligatory.

To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of extra costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have received the Goods in connection with the Agreement, please send back or hand over the Goods to us at the address indicated above immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this Agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item/s. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from the use of the Goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
